Hi, I am Connie. I am a professional fitness coach and group fitness instructor based in Los Angeles.

I work with clients to create effective programs tailored to fit their individual needs. I am passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals, and many successful clients can attest to the power of my methods. I also believe that fitness is a key tool for handling physical, emotional, and mental stress. ​


I also have a passion for healthy cooking and overall wellness. It is my mission to motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle.
